Collating information

Community Central Hall collates user information using cookies as part of our monitoring process for the website.

We aim to ensure that users have the best experience whilst they are browsing our website and to do this we use cookies. We collect information about your computer, visits to and use of this website. If you are registered with one of our care services, in order to maintain the safety of our service users, the information you have given to us may be passed on to other agencies such as the Care Inspectorate. If your details have to be passed on to another party, we will ensure that your records are up to date and accurate and that they have been compiled with your involvement and agreement.

You are entitled to view your personal records at any point. If you are registered with one of our services, you can ask the service manager directly.
